Notice is hereby given that the Town of Watertown will conduct a public hearing by the Town Council
Monday May 6, 2024

The purpose of the public hearing is to obtain citizen's views on the Town's community development and housing needs, and review and discuss specific project activities in the areas of housing, economic development, or community facilities which could be part of the Town's new application for funding for the year 2024. Beginning on November 1, 2023, Watertown Housing Authority will begin accepting applications. The Rental Application tab above includes requirements and the application. Please be sure to include any documentation that is required when making your submission.
Applications can be returned to Watertown Housing Authority via USPS, drop off at 1091 Buckingham Street, or email to lori@watertownhousingauthority.com.

The Watertown Housing Authority oversees the daily operations for managing 120 units of elderly/disabled housing on three separate sites in Watertown, CT. In total we have forty units of elderly/disabled housing located at Truman Terrace, 100 Steele Brooke Road, 40 units of elderly/disabled housing located at Buckingham Terrace, 935 Buckingham Street, and 40 units of elderly/disabled housing located at Country Ridge, 1091 Buckingham Street, Watertown, CT
The Watertown Housing Authority meetings are held on the second Wednesday of every month, alternating at each location per schedule. Meetings begin at 6:00 p.m.
Our office is located at our Country Ridge facility, 1091 Buckingham Street, Watertown CT. Office hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
